We are Tim and Natasha, based in Birmingham. We help trade businesses across the UK get more work in their area, with a simple marketing system that we build and run for you.

Tim started The Lead Kit in 2026. After five years building websites for businesses, he had seen the same thing over and over: a good website helps, but on its own it does not bring work in. What does is the system around it, being easy to find, quick to answer, and good at staying in touch.
Tim runs the calls, builds the sites, sets up the automations and answers your messages, so you are never explaining your business to a second person. Natasha handles the backend and the admin. Two of us is the whole company, which is why you get a straight answer the same day. No marketing mumbo jumbo, just plain English (with a French accent).
Why we built this
Your marketing does its job while you do yours.
Most trades are great at the work itself. It's everything around it that slips: showing up when someone searches, picking up the phone, keeping in touch with past customers. Not because they don't know the value of it, but because there's no time in the day.
Plenty try to give it a go. They set up the profile, ask for a few reviews, mean to follow up. Then a big job lands and it stops after a fortnight.
That's what The Lead Kit is for. We put it all in place and keep it running, so you can get on with the job.
