What you get
One system. Six parts. Built to bring you work.
The six parts work as one: they get you found, turn visitors into calls, answer every enquiry fast, and keep past customers coming back.
01
Get found
Get found on Google
We won't promise you page one by next week. What we do is set your Google profile up properly and give you everything you need to become the obvious choice when someone nearby searches for your trade.
A profile built to rank
The right categories, your services, the areas you cover, your hours and real photos of your work, all filled in properly at setup. That is what Google matches against what someone typed. Nobody can promise you the top spot. This is how you earn your best shot at it.
Reviews arriving steadily
Reviews are what move you up the local results, and they only arrive if somebody asks. After every finished job, the system asks for you.
You turn up in the map, not just the list
Most searches for a local trade show a small map with three businesses pinned above everything else. A properly built profile is how you give yourself a shot at being one of the three.
Someone has found you and is weighing up whether to get in touch. A good-looking site alone won't tip them. It needs to make contacting you easy in the first few seconds.
Enquiries land on your phone, not in an inbox
People can call, message or fill in a short form, whatever suits them. It does not sit in an email inbox you check at eight at night. It comes straight to your phone and starts the follow-up on its own.
Your work and your reviews, right there
Photos of real jobs and your Google reviews, front and centre on the page. That is what makes someone pick you over the other two names on their list.
Fast, and built for the phone they are holding
Nearly everyone looking you up is on a phone, so it is built for that first. Every service and every area gets its own page, so each one has a chance to be found on its own.
The trade that replies first usually gets the job. Not the cheapest, the first.
Every channel, one place
Website form, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, they all land in the same inbox and they all get an answer in seconds. By the time you pick your phone up you have the job, the postcode and a thread already going.
Natural sounding, not like a robot
Plain English, your business name, your turn of phrase. It is written to sound like you and to get a reply, and we adjust it with you whenever you want.
It keeps the lead warm until you reply
If you are on the tools and have not come back yet, the system keeps the conversation going for you, checking in or drawing out the details you will need, so the enquiry is still live when you pick your phone up.
Every trade misses calls. The ones that keep winning the work are the ones that text straight back, before the caller has dialled anyone else.
A text before they ring your competitor
The second a call goes unanswered, they get a text asking what they need. No voicemail to ignore, no silence, no reason to try the next trade on the list.
You ring back knowing the job
They reply with the work and the postcode, so you call back already knowing what it is and roughly what it is worth.
You look like a business that never misses
Every call gets an answer, even at 9pm on a Sunday. The customer sees a trade that is on top of things, without you touching the phone out of hours.
How many reviews you have decides how many people find you, how far they trust you, and how many of them ring. Almost nobody asks for them consistently.
One customer, one button
Pick the customer when the job is done and press send. A personal request goes out in your name, not a bulk mailshot.
Thirty seconds for the customer
They tap a face and land straight in your Google review box. The easier you make it, the more of them finish it.
Unhappy customers reach you first
Their feedback comes to you privately, while it is still a problem you can fix rather than a one star review you cannot.
Replies handled
Google rewards a profile that answers its reviews, so positive ones get a fitting reply written for them. Anything under four stars comes to you, because that needs a person.
The system assumes you quote jobs, work on site and cannot answer the phone with your hands full. If that is you, it fits. Among others, we work with:
Plumbers
Gas engineers
Electricians
Roofers
Bricklayers
Builders
Carpenters and joiners
Kitchen fitters
Bathroom fitters
Painters and decorators
Landscapers and groundworkers
Driveway and paving contractors
Tree surgeons
Window cleaners
Domestic cleaners
And the rest of them
Heating engineers
Plasterers
Tilers
Flooring specialists
Window and door installers
Conservatory and extension builders
Fencing contractors
Locksmiths
Pest control
Drainage specialists
Damp and timber specialists
Not on the list? It almost certainly still works. Ask.
What happens
We do the setup. You stay on the tools.
We know you haven't got time to spare, and plenty of trades are allergic to tech. So your part is kept small: two short calls and some info from you. We build and run the rest.
01
A quick call30 minutes
Message us on WhatsApp and we will find a time. We ask about your trade, your area and the jobs you want more of.
02
We set the whole thing upUsually about a week
Website, Google profile, phone number, automations. We build it around your trade and your area, ready for the handover call.
03
A quick handover30 minutes
We show you the one app you will use, and it goes live. After that, changes are a message to us.
Why us
Where we're different, and why.
No setup fee
Most people building this for a trade want £500 to £2,000 before anything happens. Your first month is £195, the same as every other month.
No minimum contract
Monthly, rolling, cancel whenever. You stay because it is working, not because you're locked in.
One price, everything in it
Website, hosting, domain, phone number, automations and support. There is no tier above this one with the good bits in it.
You are building something, not renting it
Rent leads from a directory and you own nothing. Stop paying and the work stops that same day. Here you spend less, and what you are paying for stays yours: your Google ranking, your reviews, your reputation and your customer list. We run it for you month to month, and if you ever leave, everything it has built is still there.
Built to rank, with honesty
Your website and Google profile are built to give you the best chance of ranking well locally, and businesses using the system properly do see more enquiries and more work. How much depends on your trade, your area and demand, and anyone promising you a number is guessing.
You get a person, not a helpdesk
Message us and you get the person who built it, usually the same day. No ticket, no account manager, no queue.
Not sure yet?
Will it workfor your trade?
Tell us what you do and roughly where you work. We'll tell you straight whether it's a good fit, and what we'd set up for you.
Every detail is on our What's included page. Anything else, just ask.
What does the £195 actually cover?
The whole shebang: the website, hosting, the domain, the Google Business Profile setup, the instant enquiry replies, missed call text back, the review requests and replies, the customer follow-ups, the app, the support, and monthly tweaks to the site. There is no tier above this one with the good bits held back.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
Neither. No build fee, and the billing is monthly and rolling, so you can stop whenever you like. Most people doing this for trades charge £500 to £2,000 before anything happens.
How is this different to Checkatrade, Bark or running ads?
Directories like Checkatrade and Bark, and paid ads, can put work in front of you fast, and sometimes that is exactly what you need. With a directory the same enquiry is sold to several trades at once, so you are quoting against two or three others who got the identical message. With ads, the day the budget stops the leads stop, with nothing to show for the spend. The Lead Kit can take a little longer to get moving, though it is not unusual to win jobs in the first few weeks. It builds something the others don't: a Google profile that ranks, your reviews, your customer list, all yours to keep. You are not renting the leads, you are building what produces them.
How much of my time does it take?
About an hour in total: a 30-minute call at the start and a 30-minute handover at the end. In between we build it. The only thing we need from you is some basic info about your business and photos of your work, and that is usually what holds it up. Ideally you will already have a verified Google Business Profile. If you don't, we will help you set one up, which can add about fifteen minutes.
Do I need to change my phone number?
Your mobile stays exactly as it is: same phone, same number, same SIM, and anyone who already has it still rings you direct. What changes is the number on your website and Google listing. That becomes a new number that rings straight through to you, which is what lets the system see a missed call and text the customer back within seconds.
Will you promise me a certain number of leads?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Your website and Google profile are built to give you the best chance of ranking well in your area, and businesses using the system properly do see more enquiries and more work. How much depends on your trade, your area and demand.
Do I need to learn new software, or have a CRM?
Not really. There is one simple app, and most people only ever use it to reply to customers and to tap a customer when the job is done so a review request goes out. Easy enough to do with your eyes shut, up a ladder. Please don't. If you already have a CRM or job management system we will connect it where we can. If not, that is the normal case and it is fine.
Can you use my existing website?
We rebuild it on our system, usually better than before, and it's included in the price. That's what lets the forms, chat, your business number and review requests all work together. If you've had real SEO work done and your site ranks well, we move it across carefully as part of the build, so you keep the rankings you've built up.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Messages only go to people who contacted you or hired you, and only about work related to the job you did for them. Every message has a clear way to opt out, opt-outs are honoured automatically, and we keep the records that show it was done properly.
Does it hide bad reviews?
No, and you should not want it to. Unhappy customers get a private feedback form so you hear about a problem first, but the public review link is still there for anyone who wants it. Filtering out unhappy customers breaches Google's policy, and courts can fine a business for it. And if you are worried about the odd bad review, don't be. One or two among plenty of good ones does little harm, and can make the rest look more real. Not asking for reviews at all is the thing that actually costs you.
What happens to a call I miss?
They get a text from you within seconds asking what they need. Most people reply with the job and the postcode, so instead of ringing the next trade on the list they wait for you, and you call back already knowing what it is. If they leave a voicemail, it lands in the same thread as the text, so it is all in one place and nothing gets missed.
What happens to the website if I cancel?
It stays live for 30 days. Within that window you can buy the site out for £500 and have it transferred to you, domain included, rather than losing it. Your Google profile, the reviews on it and your customer list are yours either way, and they stay exactly where they are. The automations are the part that stops.
How do I pay?
Monthly by Direct Debit, set up in a couple of minutes through Stripe when you start. It runs on the Direct Debit Guarantee, the same bank-backed protection behind your other regular bills, and you stay in control: cancelling is just telling us, and the payments stop.
Ready when you are
Stop losing workyou have already earned.
The enquiries you miss, the reviews nobody asks for, the customers who forget your name. We build the thing that catches all of it, then run it for you.
